B&B Florence Room

Friendly and helpful staff, strategic location, a stone's throw from the station and the center, room ok, more than enough, small bathroom but ok, except for the absence of bidet (which I find absurd that there is not, since we are in Italy; I would have found it obvious if we had been abroad but in Italy is not justifiable its absence) and unfortunately, alas, rough cleaning, not so much the room but as the bathroom; I'm sorry to admit it, but the cleaning especially of the bathroom was really rough and yet such a small bathroom would be enough to pay little attention to clean it well and quickly. I believe that any accommodation facility regardless of the cost paid, the standard of cleanliness and sanitary hygiene must ALWAYS be done in the best if not impeccable way. Too bad for this, specifically we found, the tiles on the inside of the shower not cleaned; the present and insistent dirt (accumulated for longer) in the lower part of the door and on the outside parts of the towel rack / towel rail. I hope that this negative assessment can be constructive and help to bring about an adjustment in this regard as soon as possible. Excellent shower, small but well-functioning with an excellent jet of hot water, well heated room. Regardless of this unexpected would return and recommend it.

This B&B is in a convenient part of the city. A few steps from the station and the center. Staff helpful and kind. Room and bathroom very clean, only note both were small, but perfect for our needs. Good breakfast and served in the room. For us it was a great accommodation for our stay in Florence. Recommended for those who love an intimate room! To go back.

I travelled a lot, but this was by far the worst experience of my life. Upon entering the room, we were greeted by a ‘pleasant’ smell of smoke. Moving to the bathroom, a layer of black mold over the shower made the air unbreathable, making you vomit. The drains in both the shower and sink did not work (after a minute of showering, 5 cm of water covered the feet). The window had broken glass. Bad soundproofing. The ‘breakfast in the room’ (I regretted not photographing it), sums up the sadness and littleness of this place. Avoid him like the plague. We had booked for two nights, but after the first sleepless one due to the mixed smell of smoke and must, we literally ran away. Not a word of apology from the owners. Don't let your stay in a beautiful city be ruined by people for whom the client is worth less than zero. P.S. not to miss anything... a dried-up fag stuck on the headboard of the bed for years. If NAS visited, they'd shut it down. It's a mess.
