Unfortunately we made a reservation in January with a deposit of 100 euros for confirmation. The day before our admission we communicated to Daniela, the owner, our arrival time. When we arrived not only was our reservation not there, but we were told it was in another accommodation. The soggiorno pezzatti claims to be 3 stars, this is 1. Breakfast was included and in this one there simply wasn't. Mrs. Daniela didn't deign to be present, she didn't even keep her promises, which I have written to make amends to us somehow. We are 70 years old, we deserve such bad treatment and such no abuse??? A real shame for Italians

We had a great time in Florence and nice apartment in the heart of the historic city. Landlady was very nice, helpful and polite, she offered us help trying to find a bus to Pisa because railway was in strike. Also, we could leave a luggage in the apartment. Kitchen is supplied with toast, coffee, tea, cheese in a fridge, available for the breakfast. Recommendations for choosing this accomodation.

Very clean and welcoming structure. Located in the central area, easily accessible from the station and in a strategic position with respect to the main points of interest. Staff very friendly and helpful. It offers daily cleaning of the rooms and the possibility to store luggage after check out. Only defect, absolutely negligible overall structure, the bathroom a little 'small.
