We had a wonderful stay in this charming little hotel. Francesca and her husband Marco were extremely friendly and very helpful to me in making some arrangements for the latter part of my trip in Cortina. They were quick to offer to make calls on my behalf. They are just lovely people. Great location -- quiet street yet so close to the bridge to head into the busy part of Florence. And there's a great gelato spot right before that bridge. Highly recommend.

The ostentatious hospitality of Constantine's host, who received the money in July, and in September gives a room below the level, and after the scandal still fulfilled his obligations. Bad worn-out linen, smelly sewers, low breakfast rate and rude owner's son.

Location was ideal. I don’t walk a lot and this hotel put us close to so many great “must see” places. So close to the Pitti Palace! The staff was extremely caring and helpful with everything. When trip Advisor booking got things wrong on our booking the staff made it right. The air conditioning was good too. I felt safe there.
