Excellent value for money for this hotel, whose staff is truly very friendly. The room is very pleasant (we were upgraded), quiet, with plenty of storage. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant offers delicious dishes, and the servers are lovely! The breakfast room is very pleasant, with a fairly extensive selection of products. The town of Impruneta is charming, and line 39 allows you to reach Florence in about forty minutes. The only downside is that there is no parking, but several public parking lots are located just a few minutes' walk away.

We stayed at this hotel for a short weekend in Florence, during the visit to the Uffizi, and it was a really great experience. The structure is very beautiful and well-kept, with spotless and welcoming environments. The staff is extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Breakfast is excellent, with quality produce and a variety that shows how much attention is paid to guests: even the wasas were present, a detail that really makes a difference for those who appreciate a more complete and healthy choice. The superior room we were assigned was very nice, tastefully decorated in classic style and with antique furniture. The mattress was very comfortable and we had a great rest. We also appreciated the presence of a selection of wines and personal care products: we, in particular, bought two excellent bottles of wine. In summary, everything was excellent: comfort, service, quality and customer care. A stay that we recommend without hesitation

My expectations for this hotel were medium/high but were completely cancelled upon my arrival. The room was cold (I had communicated my arrival time earlier) they could turn on the air conditioners half an hour before. The radiator in the bathroom, where they had put the towels was dirty and not working. A room was overlooking the roof tiles.... given the period and the price we paid could give us a different room..... for breakfast we were asked 12 € per person.... a bit 'exaggerated in my opinion... recommend the pastry shop / bar la Pergola a few steps from the hotel... great! Only positive notes the girl who followed us in checking in very kind and the location. Would not recommend
