Firstly the hotel is in a fantastic location, the room was large and although a little dated it was very clean. The staff were all friendly, especially in the breakfast room where the service and choice was great. The bed was large and comfy and there was air con which we appreciated in the heat! We had 3 nights here and it was perfect for our city break.

My daughter and I spent 3 nights in this hotel in early May 2026. The staff at the reception, bar, and breakfast room are exceptionally kind and friendly. Our room was spacious and clean with all the necessary accommodations. We enjoyed a magnificent view of the Arno and the Ponte Vecchio. Housekeeping is done every day. The hotel is also very well located, making it easy to do everything on foot. I recommend this hotel without hesitation, and if I return to Florence, that is where I will go...

The place is pleasant, facing the Arno River; the service is very good, the breakfast is good, but the rooms leave something to be desired, they are very cramped and the television is very small.
