VERY beautiful and well-maintained property. One small observation: pay attention to the cancellation policies; on the hotel's website, it says “free cancellation” if you choose a slightly higher rate, but in reality, there are very specific rules that are not immediately obvious. For the rest, everything was very nice... I recommend it without a doubt!!!

From 06.08 to 10.08 stayed at Hotel Il Borgo di Villa Castelletti - and still impressed! It's not just a hotel, it's a real Tuscan fairy tale where you want to stay longer. The Tuscan-style room is a separate love: it breathes comfort and history. Natural materials, warm hues, elegant details – you immediately feel part of this beautiful land. At the same time everything is very modern and comfortable: not for a second feel lack of amenities. The staff here is incredibly cordial and responsive - help with any question and do everything to make the holiday perfect. I want to single out administrator Alessandro separately: he met us as old friends, suggested the best routes around the area, recommended hidden corners from the tourist crowds and even helped plan the day so that we had time to see the maximum. With him, any worries disappear by themselves. The pool is the perfect place to relax after a busy day: it is so peaceful and beautiful that time is freezing. And the views around here are just a postcard that you want to review over and over again. Breakfasts are a real celebration of taste: fresh croissants, fragrant coffee, homemade cheeses and jams, seasonal fruit... Every day is like a little gastronomic surprise. And dinners in the restaurant are a separate delight altogether: the dishes are so delicious and soulful that you want to order the whole menu at once. It feels like it's cooked with love and the best food. In general, Hotel Il Borgo di Villa Castelletti is about atmosphere, care and real Italian magic. I found it absolutely pleasant. The spaces are beautiful, well-kept, and relaxing. The pool area is very nice. The rooms are nice too, but... Personally, our room, which was on two levels, was not very comfortable. The bathroom (toilet area) was small; I couldn't fit my legs in it. The loft with the bed had the problem of being warm and not receiving any airflow from the air conditioning: even when set to maximum, it was cold below but warm in bed. These are small negative notes that explain why I do not give a perfect 5/5, but it is still truly highly rated. Special mention also goes to the breakfast. Varied, abundant, interesting.
