Casa Al Sole

The Albergo proved to be an excellent base for a couple of days walking in the area. We were warmly welcomed by the owners in the mid-morning and shown to a lovely large room with a comfortable four poster bed, ample bathroom and a super balcony. A clean, straightforward and unpretentious hotel to which we'd happily return if we're in Greve again.

I have just spent a wonderful stay in this hotel and I feel like leaving with full marks because this property has all the characteristics I am looking for for an ad hoc stay: Strategic location, decent hotel, clean and above all quiet rooms, reasonable prices in the context, basic but respectable breakfast and prepared and friendly staff and in the latter case in particular, the staff exceeded my expectations, because rarely are there such attentive and pleasant hoteliers (as indicated in the title, I just felt like being at home). A 'care that I particularly appreciated was the bidet built into the toilet, because hotels without this put me in crisis! Greetings to Mara, an old-fashioned innkeeper, who knows how to treat and pamper her guests. Recommended.

Simple, clean hotel, with very spacious rooms (our rooms were on the top floor and had a large balcony overlooking the square in front). It is a family-run hotel and the staff is welcoming and friendly. The location is very convenient for walking and reach shops and restaurants. We left our car in a public car park behind the property, with blue stripes for a fee.
