Club Hotel Florence

What an outstanding hotel experience from start to finish! We arrived several hours earlier than expected after an exhausting 8-hour drive, and the staff could not have been more accommodating. They immediately arranged a temporary room for us (with a fair pro rata charge) so we could rest, helped us sort out parking through their partnership with a nearby lot, and stored our luggage until everything was ready. It was such a relief after a long day on the road. When our actual room was ready at check-in, they kindly brought our luggage up for us and welcomed us with complimentary drinks and chocolates. Such a thoughtful touch! Everything was spotlessly clean and absolutely perfect. During our stay, we also received vouchers for free drinks at the hotel bar, and the barman was truly one of a kind. Friendly, talented, and full of great recommendations. And when it was time to leave, the staff even offered to help us load the car parked outside. That level of care from arrival to departure is something you rarely find these days. A huge shoutout to the whole team: Nick, Niccolo, Niccolá, and Radin from the bar, plus the manager at the reception. They recommended fantastic places to eat, helped us with all our tour bookings, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The room itself was quiet, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, exactly what you want after a busy day of exploring. The whole team went so many extra miles beyond what we expected, and it made our stay absolutely amazing. Highly recommended!

Very racist customer. They were disrespectful and made inappropriate, discriminatory remarks. This was an unpleasant experience.
