the location was perfect for the family to feel like they were in the midst of Florence without being in the center. The atmosphere, rooms, value, cleanliness, noise level and service were excellent. The pool was a wonderful respite from site seeing and heat. Our group of 8 had two rooms. Five in one and three in the other and we were perfectly comfortable.

Fantastic hotel. Well located, not far from the main train station (walking distance) and from the tram stop and within walking distance of many tourist attractions. Friendly staff, helpful. On arrival our room was not ready, we left our suitcases and in the evening at check-in our suitcases were already in the room. Clean room with terrace (garden side) overlooking the city (5th floor) + spacious bathroom. Hotel also has a roof terrace where you can have a drink in the evening and with a view over the city (duomo,...) (6th floor). Downstairs also a cozy lounge bar overlooking the outdoor garden and pool. Breakfast buffet very good and tasty. Highly recommended.

This a lovely hotel, with wonderful staff, located in the heart of anything and everything you would want to do in Firenze... nothing was further than 10 mins walking... next to a piazza with great restaurants and cocktail lounges... the rooms are nicely appointed with great beds... very clean and attentive floor staff made for a very comfortable experience... lastly the pool is a blessing at this time of the year!... go and enjoy!
