A warm and friendly welcome, expert concierge and A1 first class service from check in to room (Fabrizzio). Superb, clean and tidy room service - we stayed an extra night and nothing was a problem, Enjoyed the roof top bar, excellent breakfast choice and service ( il migliore caffe ). 10/10 central location to the city. Very helpful night manager too... We will return again, Highly recommend. Jh

Do not stay here. Terrible customer service. Stole my money. I sent a modification request before the 48 hour cancellation policy, got approval from booking.com, yet the hotel is would not grant it.

We visited the rooftop bar at Hotel degli Orafi in Florence one afternoon and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the drinks were excellent, and the views were truly breathtaking. It’s a beautiful spot to relax, enjoy a drink, and take in the stunning Florence skyline. A lovely place to spend an afternoon and highly recommended.
