Delle Tele

The apartment located in Via dei Servi is relatively good, bright and spacious. The girl at the front desk always attentive and gentle. The experience was ruined because of Mr. Giovanni’s rudeness, high-handedness, disrespect, bad manners and xenophobia. (an official of the Hotel who “welcomed” us) Giovanni is a gentleman who has not received a good education, is really impolite, rude, humiliating and from the moment of check-in was displiscent, haughty and offensive. Hotel delle Tele, this Mr. Giovani ruins the good name of the Hotel, service, availability, welcome and good education are more important than other aspects. Firenzi does NOT need people like Giovani, it makes the city look very bad. Gentlemen like these, they look better in enclosed classroom jobs, where their rudeness and pride doesn't ruin the Hotel's good name. For Giovanni's abysmal service and attitude that ruins any family's vacation: A star.

Nothing fancy, just clean, comfortable, helpful staff and wonderful location. Walked from train station and to all of the sites. It’s very old school, which is my preference. The complimentary breakfast is at a sweet cafe around the corner. Loved it! There isn’t a big lobby/common area but we were out being tourists daylight til after dark so it didn’t matter to us.

I went to this "Hotel" to sleep with my friends, the entrance was not much, by the way it was an ancient building where people lived! Tiny elevator without an air system, the rooms did not smell good, malfunctioning air conditioners, public Wi-Fi that seemed off (there was no internet), uncomfortable beds (one looked like there was marble, and the other sank), not to be defined a hotel because it did not have a breakfast included and there was not even a restaurant. I highly advise against it.
