The hotel is small, with lovely staff on reception. The rooms are clean and spacious, and they provide water and kettles in the room. The housekeeping staff are very good and helpful. The location was great, there are restaurants and bars walking distance. There is supermarket walking distance as well. The breakfast is not very good, and not many options. It is very basic!! The fruit variety was rubbish and the pastries were not topped up if you were later for breakfast. The lady at breakfast was very rude and did not even tell us we could order coffees from her, as the coffee machine is behind the bar. It took me seeing her serve someone else to realise I could order other hot drinks from her. She seemed to be ok with certain guests but not us!

I stayed at this hotel in March for work, and we had a really great experience. The staff was always friendly, helpful, and kind, making us feel welcomed right away. My room was spacious, clean, and had a really comfortable bed. We also enjoyed the breakfast: varied and good, perfect for starting the day. The hotel's location is another strong point: close to the city center and very convenient thanks to the bus stop located just a few steps away, allowing for quick access to the center. If I return to visit Florence, I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again!

Old hotel, but well located, with spacious room and a great bathroom. Enough breakfast and helpful staff.
