Florence Business Hotel

We stayed here as part of a travel group from 27 to 30 Jan 2020. The room was nice & clean. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the reception staffs: Ms Giovanna and Mr Domenico for the great helped to check with UPS Florence Office on my parcel delivery matters. Thank you once again and we will definitely recommend our friends and family to stay here.

Very good hotel, the distance is not so bad, 5 to 10 minutes using a taxi. I wuold like to say thanks to the guys from the front desk Giuseppe and Domenico, very nice people Always ready to attend guests. and Simone in a bar and restaurant. Those people are friendly.

Located quite a distance from Florence and not within walking distance to any nearby supermarket. Room is on the small side, air-conditioning is faulty. Air-conditioning was faulty on our first night and we had to change room. The air-conditioning in the new room was working, but some of the lights and the TV were not-functioning properly. Had to call the technician to come and rectify. Air-conditioning appears to be centrally controlled. You have to call the reception for them to control the temperature in your room. For us, it was either very warm or very cold. No kettle in the room, and no complimentary drinking water provided. The toilet comes with a bathtub, but the glass screen only covers less than a third of the bathtub length.I suspect it is a water saving feature, but it is most irritating and inconvenient. One has to stay in the corner covered by the small glass screen to shower, or else water will splash all over the floor. Despite one's best efforts, the floor will always be inadvertently wet. Breakfast is once average, and can be crowded if there are many tour groups that morning. Best to stay not more than one night
