Florence Persefone Palace

We stayed there 5 nights. The room was very small and dark. We had the bathroom in the room which was very small too. It was not comfortable. Internet didnt work well. Quite good location, friendly staff

got home from this place yesterday. well when arrived thought not good but not terrible how wrong was I dirty floor full of someone else,s hair bathroom filthy sheets were clean was there 7 days no change of sheets, towels, toilet roll 1 to last 2 people for a week asked for more was ignored would not empty bin so I put it in that hall on photo 2 days to empty it the have a small dog the fur was matted to the skin I am reporting that to the reliviant authorities all in all STAY AWAY if you want a pleasant holiday

Stayed for 5 nights. Sheets on the bed were never changed and I got covered in little bites from bed bugs. Fan in the room didn't work so had to leave window open during the night. My bin wasn't emptied once during the 5 days. The lady came around twice to give me a new towel. Owner had no English nor did anyone working there. Only real plus was security was very good.
