We arrived very late. The gentleman working that night was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The room was very nice and clean. We had a nice view of the rooftops and mountains. Great location within easy walk to most areas. Breakfast was very nice and it was included in the price which was a very nice perk. We had chocolate and wine with our special. We did lose power one morning which threw everything off but they quickly fixed everything and it didn’t happen the rest of our stay. It was very hot while we visited and it always felt so lovely when we walked into the hotel. Excellent air conditioning!

Great location, not far from the train station (except gps sent us in the wrong direction). There is a Carrefour small supermarket on the way if you need to stock up on anything. Not bad prices. Check in was easy friendly, helpful staff. We arrived early no problem storing our luggage securely. Great breakfast both hot buffet and continental, very pleasant staff in the breakfast room. Good size room. Easy walking to all the sites, nice walking down via the Arno River to the Uffizi and Duomo. Very happy with the hotel and would highly recommend staying there.
