Hotel Bologna

My room was right next to the bathroom of another room so I heard every toilet flush loudly, this and the hard mattress made it impossible for me to get a good sleep. I left early as I couldn't continue my travel like this. No breakfast is served "at the moment" so you're on your own. Location is okay, but you still have about 20-30 minutes if you want to walk to the center. The English skills of the reception depends on who's there, most of them can it okayish but some can barely say a number in English.

Receptionist of a certain elderly age with a lot of incompetence and ignorance, I was available to the valid online document but he did not want to accept it, I had to return by train to Rome and retrieve a physical document, he did not intend to refund the stay so I had to stay overnight in the structure, I travel a lot for work all over the world, never seen such incompetence, we hope it closes soon

I've been with friends these days... Comfortable and spotless hotel!! Staff very kind, helpful and competent. Great experience ☺️☺️
