I need to make some clarifications about previous reviews. Undoubtedly old hotel but as you can see it is a 2 star indi so that there is no elevator is obvious is that it has a low standard just as . But with 50€ tax included what do you expect more than being located in the center and offers all the essential features plus the fact that the owners are nice and helpful. Cleanliness excellent clean linen essential breakfast.... If you aspire to a higher standard just choose a 3 star or higher at different prices. I believe that complaining about something you have chosen with the intent to save money is ridiculous... I recommend it for those who want to enjoy Florence and not a resort .. ps small coffee machine cappuccino gem etc. always available h24 for free .. Another positive note the mattresses are in memory and very comfortable! I stayed in room n. 4 Not recommended for those with mobility difficulties as it is located on the 2nd floor of an ancient building without elevator

A hotel that seems to have declared war on its guests. Structure, rooms and bathroom are dilapidated, shrouded in dirt, dust and a smell so nauseating that the stay is an exercise in endurance. The shower, protected by a curtain hanging from nowhere, is the emblem of improvisation, while the absence of even shampoo completes a bleak picture. Bathroom air is something I would not wish on my worst enemy. The only positive note is the friendliness of the lady at check-in, which deserves a much better context. A bad occasion, handled worse, which should make those who decided to call all this “hotel” think seriously.

I was on a school trip, and we stayed at this hotel. It was the worst hotel I have ever been to. There were bedbugs in some of the rooms. The sewage smell was so bad that it could be noticed throughout the entire room. It was very cold inside, and the radiator didn’t work. The walls were thin. The breakfast was okay, but there was very little variety. There were two floors of stairs and no elevator, and the staircase also smelled like sewage.
