Hotel Europa

The reception closes at 24.00 with all the inconvenience that this causes .. you can no longer find anyone for any need, there is no water to drink in the room and the mini bar is empty, there is a courtesy kit in the bathroom, poor quality breakfast.

The hotel on the highway is perfect for those passing through. It's not luxurious, but has everything you need for a good night's rest. The staff are friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money. Extra points++++ for the truly excellent restaurant, as evidenced by the countless trucks always parked outside....

Whoever gave this a four star rating is crazy. This is at best a two star hotel ... the first floor hallway smelled like a toilet (thankfully the room didn't) and the shower floor was slimy because of mould. The feeling was of a seedy motel (it's right next to the motorway) and for the price you can find a nice hotel in Florence that is much more comfortable and clean.
