I spent one night at Hotel Orcagna and had an excellent experience. The hotel is welcoming, comfortable, and exceptionally clean and modern. The warm and courteous reception at check‑in, especially after a long journey, was truly appreciated. The staff is highly professional and always ready to assist. Breakfast was outstanding, offering a rich and varied buffet. Convenient parking options are available nearby at very competitive rates. I will certainly return to this hotel whenever I have the pleasure of visiting Florence again. I highly recommend Hotel Orcagna for anyone planning a stay in Tuscany.

Pretty, very pleasant room with a balcony and fortunately with the heat wave, the AC that works without the card!! Breakfast is very good, the lady in the kitchen is actually great!! The young women at the front desk are top-notch. However, on the last day we ran into the manager who really does not seem friendly 🫩

This weekend, I stayed at the Hotel Orcagna with my dog Aura. I must say that it is rare in Florence to find establishments that willingly accommodate dogs without imposing weight limits and numerous restrictions. The staff at Hotel Orcagna proved to be very open and accommodating (and I want to emphasize that Aura is well-behaved, as all our furry friends should be to ensure respect for the environment), so this is already a first note of merit for this establishment. At the time of check-out, I requested if we could keep the room for a few more hours for Aura since I had to visit an exhibition that she could not enter (and it was 38 degrees outside…). My request came in late, and since other guests would be arriving shortly, it was impossible to accommodate it. The staff, with extreme kindness and dedication, worked hard to find an alternative solution, resolving a major issue for me and my Aura. A special thank you to the staff at Orcagna; you will be our point of reference every time we come to Florence!
