This hotel is clean and has some updates. The front desk was pleasant and helpful! Breakfast was subpar. Cold eggs, one coffee machine, little variety. Breakfast staff were helpful for ice and filling water bottles. Our room accommodated 3 adults. The shower doors did not close all the way unless slammed. There are two elevators. There was no A/C on the second night. As they attempted to repair the issue, they offered a fan or a room change. We were all ready for bed, so opted for the fan. By the middle of the night, cool air arrived. Just improve on the breakfasts and this will be a nice, standard hotel.

I found a very courteous welcome from Ms. Claudia at the reception, and she efficiently resolved all the requests we made; furthermore, I found the same cordiality in the dining room. With the room and the various services, we were satisfied.

The hotel is nice, the breakfast isn't bad, but they said the indoor parking was full, which is ridiculous; the insufficient capacity is a drawback.
