Hotel Sampaoli

I booked this place in December because I'm doing a big trip around Europe. The price was very nice and only5a couple of days ago they wrote to me they cancelled my booking because of my credit card. I didn't change my credit card or else. So today I had to search another place for Florence that's in two weeks. Very disappointed because they could first warn you about the card and not directly cancelled.

Was the cheapest single room in the center of Florence. It's clean, the room is quiet, there was an electric heater in the room. The location is perfect. The bad things are: there was no soap neither in the room, nor in the bathrooms, one night there was also no toilet paper. There is nobody at the reception most of the time, so you have to call when you arrive. Though they apper quite fast in 5-10 minutes. In general i'm satisfied.

Hotel is based on the main strip. Only problem is the amount of stairs as we had to carry our suit cases up. But our room was huge and two extra beds and a wet room. Not far from all atraction all walking distance just walk down the same street you can't get lost. We recommend but travel light
