We were assigned the apartment upon arrival for three people. We booked through travel agent who told us that breakfast was included but actually breakfast was not included with the apartment. The shower was small and the caulking around the door was falling off. The shower drain was plugged up so water drained slowly.

Above all, I am grateful to the kind staff. It is a hotel with always cozy and clean rooms and warm hospitality. Breakfast is gorgeous, too. Especially in early summer, you can enjoy breakfast on the flower-filled terrace with a view of the cityscape of Florence. It is a safe place in the old town, different from the tourist-packed district, and suitable for medium and long-term stays. It is one of the few hotels in Florence's old town with parking. Recommended for repeat customers

Stayed for two nights. Hotel appears to have been built into an older building. Not a negative at all. Far from it. About a 20 min walk from Firenze rail station. Staff are great. Hotel is clean and room changes each day. Close to Florence centre. 10 - 15 min walk to centre. Would recommend this hotel.
