I truly can't recommend Hotel Spadai highly enough. We loved every aspect of it - the location is perfect, the rooms are so clean and comfortable, the AC is fantastic (it was SO hot in Florence when we were there), and the pillows! The pillows are hands down the best pillows I have ever had at a hotel EVER - we could not get over how comfortable and delightful the beds are, and having an incredible pillow is a complete game changer for traveling. And the breakfast is the most beautiful breakfast you will ever see! We didn't want to leave, and we were so happy and grateful to the lovely, attentive, helpful staff - Hotel Spadai made our stay in Florence absolute perfection. Grazie mille!!

The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city, with most places within easy walking distance and enjoyable. The staffs were exceptionally warm, kind, and welcoming. We could genuinely feel their sincere care and thoughtful attention throughout our stay. They were always happy to help and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The hotel was also beautifully clean, and the breakfast was excellent with a great selection. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Firenze. We would be very happy to stay here again!

This is probably one of our favorite hotels we’ve had the opportunity to stay in. The overall location was spectacular, an extremely short distance from the Duomo and all the wonderful shops and restaurants Florence has to offer. The staff was over-the-top attentive, courteous, and accommodating. We booked a junior suite but were given an upgrade prior to check-in and had a spectacular view of the Duomo directly from our room. The well stock and included mini-bar was much appreciated, especially after our initial late arrival and ability to enjoy wine in the room after a long day of delays. The included breakfast was delicious and included a wide array dishes, pastries, fruit, meats and cheeses, mini-sandwiches , and absolutely amazing homemade treats. Staff were extremely attentive and service was superb. We also found the staircase to the rooftop lookout – what a view of the town! If we’re ever in Florence again, Hotel Spadai will be our first choice of where to stay and serves as the bar we’ll judge all other hotels against now!
