Arrived went up to room , right out the gate no Air Conditioning , made adjustments to thermostat nothing went to clerks desk the young lady tried to help but no luck. Room way was 85 degrees went to take shower hairs all over the bathtub cleaned it up showered and checked A/C again still no change went back down young lady again tried a couple of things while sh was gone phone was ringing nonstop the kid that was helping just keep hanging up on people. The young lady came back stated there was nothing she could do i asked atleast for fans they couldn't even help with that horrible experience recommend not using this facility. The tour group we are with is even complaining.

No kettle, aircon not working, staff at bar not friendly, all in all a very tired place to stay.

The old hotel, the location is far from everything, there are no places near or to eat, the old room, the old TV, the bathrooms boys. Attention is not bad. Very poor, breakfast was not bad. I wouldn't come back.
