Il Giglio Rosso - B&B

An unbelievable experience. The facility is extremely noisy, and resting is practically impossible. But the real problem was the rudeness of the staff. Check-out was at 10:30, and at 10:50 we were finishing getting ready. Instead of knocking politely or reminding us of the time, the girl at the reception (I don't know if she was the owner or an employee) started shouting aggressively and completely inappropriately. While I was simply drying my hair, she started yelling at me, saying that it was 40 degrees outside and that I shouldn't be styling my hair. An absurd, unsolicited, and completely inappropriate comment. I completely understand that we were late for check-out, but there is a civil and professional way to address guests. In years of traveling, I have never been treated with such arrogance and lack of respect. If you are looking for a place where you feel welcomed and treated with courtesy, stay away. One of the worst experiences I have ever had.

no sense of commerce! no consideration for the customer! for a late arrival on the first evening, cancellation on their part, of the 2 nights stay ... and punctuate in passing practically the entire stay ..... to flee!

Would not recommend booking here! Terrible customer service! Would not accommodate whatsoever and disregarded cancellation request. Asked if they could just charge 1 day without even checking in and pretty much said you’re out of luck.
