Excellent location for walking or taking the tram to sights in Florence. Room was comfortable and clean. Concierge was friendly and helpful. We opted to add the breakfast and it was very nice. I feel the rate we paid was very reasonble. Highly recommend. We would stay here again.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff really make it, so kind and welcoming. The hotel it self is set in such a great location as you’re out of the main hustle and bustle but can access it really easily. There is also plenty of public transport just at the end of the road. The hotel is really clean and the rooms are well maintained. It has charm and in a tasteful manor. Breakfast was a great selection of food, you would not go hungry. I would re book this place if I ever came to Florence again.
