Lanterna Fiorentina B&B

This B and B was an ideal base for our visit to Florene. It is in an ideal location to walk to the main points of interest and not far from the train station. Whilst it appears basic, the bed and pillows are very good, there is aircon, fridge in the room and a kettle with coffee and tea. Breakfast in the cafe a couple of doors down is a cake and drink and very good quality. The cafe is full of character. Would highly recommend this B and B. Thank you Gianna.

The location is ok, not too far from the station and city center, although still busy with people leaving their everyday life and not so clean, as the rest of the city. The room was small, and the bathroom tiny, however, what really made the stay difficult was a lack of shelves or places for storage. The owner was nice, but not available most of the time and not extremely helpful.

Great B&B to stay while in Florence, located in a good position within walking distance to all major sites. Gianna was a wonderful host, and nothing was ever too much trouble for her. Breakfast was small (croissant and coffee) in cafe next door, however they were the most delicious croissants i have had in a while. spacious room and recommend this place for anyone staying in Florence as it is also great value for money.
