Can’t speak highly enough about our experience!! So friendly, convenient snacks and drinks and incredible customer service, and the room was so lovely and comfy, it fixed my jet leg :) also very central/convenient location!

Location, location, location! The location of this hotel could not get any better. As soon as you exit the hotel, the Duomo is right there! Everything you need is right at your doorstep, including endless restaurant options, shops, and grocery stores. There are also plenty of great breakfast spots located just below the hotel. We were incredibly impressed with the room itself. The size of the room was much larger than the average hotel room in Florence. The bed was super comfortable, and the air conditioning was amazing—it kept the room perfectly cold, which was wonderful. As a family traveling with a little one, they also provided a baby cot for us, which was a fantastic bonus. The washroom was a perfect 10/10. It was beautifully upgraded, stocked with all the basic necessities, and the shower worked great with excellent pressure. There is absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel. It made our trip to Florence absolutely perfect, and we cannot recommend it enough!

What a brilliant find in the centre of Florence with fantastic staff who are so helpful on reception. The hotel is in a convenient location very close to El Duomo Cathedral so within easy walking distance of everywhere and just 10 minutes easy walk from Florence station. The hotel rooms are perfect with everything you need, including two complimentary cartons of water on arrival. Great hairdryer and in-room safe. The breakfast was superb with a huge variety of options, including hot scrambled egg and bacon. They have a lounge, wash/toilet facilities and luggage storage service on the day of departure which was a great help. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Florence it was great value for money and a brilliant find - thank you to all the team who helped us with directions to all of our trips you were so helpful and kind.
