Excellent in everything, beautiful experience

The hotel is cute and the staff is hospitable. I had been there before, but this time I was a bit disappointed. The room on the first floor, overlooking the street, was really noisy and tiny. The breakfast was average, but the service was good. A very useful service is the parking: they take your car and park it in the garage, then return it to you in front of the hotel upon departure. Considering current costs in Florence, the daily price is good.

We drove to Florence for a one night stay to sightsee the city. The hotel has a wonderful location, walking distance from the Duomo and the main city attractions, restaurants and shops. We didn’t have to worry about the car as they have a valet service to a covered parking for only 35€/day all included, which is a big advantage considering the prices in Florence. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, providing key information upfront, including on the phone and via email before our stay. We booked the “cheapest “ rooms (they say they need to be renovated), which were lovely! They had style and comfort, and they were really clean. Breakfast was excellent with typical Italian pastries but also savory cheese, ham and focaccia. A special mention to the barman who made a lovely cappuccino! We strongly recommend this hotel and we will definitely book it again for our next stay in Florence.
