The check in experience was not easy! The room was nice and actually quiet at night. We had no working TV all 4 nights. The first 3 days we didn’t have a hot water pot working. Finally the cleaning person gave us a working one. Then we was never in touch with anyone to check out or what to do. The room was clean all the time and cozy.

No service No communication No breakfast 1 x usable PowerPoint Shared Terrace - deceptive advertising No city view - deceptive advertising Rude management Lazy people making a fast buck from unwitting holiday makers Avoid at all costs if you want a nice stay in Florence.
