My stay is excellent. Viola welcomed me. Deborah took care of breakfasts. A cleaning lady made sure to maintain my room tidy. The ceiling of my room, Ottone, is high. It's air-conditioned, which is a must in July summer. It has its own shower. I like the foot bath. The location is just meters away from a tram stop which can easily take you to the historical centre. Also, conveniently close to Bar Pasticceria Caldana for coffee and Fuochi e Fiamme for affordable and delicious Italian food. Add the supermarket Coop and two family-owned variety stores. My ten-day stay is super!

The room could use a good refresh and the bathroom was not clean. The staff was very noisy, which disturbed the peace of the stay. Moreover, the sound insulation is insufficient: you can clearly hear the showers and toilets from neighboring rooms, which is particularly disturbing. Mediocre breakfast The only positive point is that the neighborhood is quiet and the tram station is nearby, which is convenient for getting around.

Nice and picturesque hotel, located in the center of Florence. Very close to the tram (100m) and close to restaurants in the city. The room is spacious and spacious, with a very Italian air! My only complaints is that there were 3 of us and we were only given cloths for 1 person on the 1st day and the other 2 days we were given another cloth (only 2). The bathroom is tiny, quite uncomfortable for bathing and finally breakfast time, 8am is late for tours (although the owner kindly left us breakfast the day before in the room, although only 1 day).
