We had a truly wonderful stay at Portrait Firenze. The hotel is perfectly positioned in the heart of Florence, overlooking the Arno and just moments from the Ponte Vecchio. Despite being right in the centre of everything, it felt like a genuine oasis from the summer heat and bustle of the city. It was such a pleasure to come back to the calm and elegance of the hotel after a day exploring Florence. Our room was beautiful—elegant, extremely comfortable and thoughtfully designed, with everything you could possibly need. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was exceptional. The team were fantastic: warm, friendly and always on hand to help. A very special mention has to go to Federica at Caffè dell’Oro, who provided such genuine, warm and professional hospitality. She made us feel incredibly welcome and was one of the highlights of our stay. We also really enjoyed Caffè dell’Oro. The food was delicious, fresh and varied, with plenty of choice, and the combination of excellent food, lovely surroundings and attentive service made it somewhere we were always happy to return to. A beautiful hotel, an unbeatable location and, most importantly, a wonderful team. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return
