We stayed here for two nights as part of our trip around Italy. The hotel was close to the train station and also the centre of Florence which met both of our requirements! The room exceeded expectations with a balcony included which was nice. The room was big enough for the two of us and the bed and pillows were comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful. I’d stay here again if visiting florence and would recommend it!

Perfect location about a 5-10 minute walk to main square. The hosts were really welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and air conditioning worked brilliantly. Great restaurants and a wine window nearby. Train station was right around the corner too! Excellent value for money!

We were guests of Graziano and Francesco, the two brothers who owned the structure, during the bridge on May 1, when the city was really full of tourists. In a super strategic position, the Margaret Hotel, however, was a quiet area, little noisy, although very central, a stone's throw from the station, surrounded by well-known restaurants and in front of the beautiful pharmacy-historical perfumery of Santa Maria Novella. Structure simple, clean and essential, thanks to the affability and courtesy of the owners, we felt immediately in a familiar and welcoming. There is a hot drinks dispenser and a small refrigerator for common use. No doubt we will return here in our next Florentine stays.
