Terrifying. They dumped us and cancelled our reservation when we had already started our trip through Italy. The phone service was dire, screaming, very rude. I had an anxiety attack thinking I was out on the street traveling with kids. Reading the opinions of other travelers, I definitely won not staying there. Unpresentable ones.

Negative experience. I booked several months in advance without cancellation but two days before departure they canceled saying that my credit card had refused the payment. The bank, however, never received such a request. I called the telephone number on Booking and a lady answered who said she was the cleaning lady and doesn't take care of reservations. I had no contact or explanation to the emails I sent to the facility. This incorrect behavior caused great inconvenience because I had to book another much more expensive accommodation close to the trip.

studio apartment with a mezzanine. There were towels and sheets dirty with who knows what... a tiny shower, unsuitable even for small children. A birth to wash my feet, since there wasn't enough room to bend. We were without electricity for a good 12 hours and the girl was absolutely rude, mocking us on the phone and wishing me "good travels" (but I wish you "good travels when I send you to fans...). It seems like I've lived in a landfill for 3 days. Please, rather sleep next to the homeless man under the house, it would certainly be cleaner, I assure you.
