Clean room and the receptionist let us in earlier than scheduled. Didnt see anyone else.

During a visit to Florence, given the prices of accommodations in the city center, we opted for a place a bit outside and booked at Palazzo Lombardo. Getting there is very simple, just a 10-minute train ride from Santa Maria Novella station, and at the first stop, Firenze Campo di Marte, you get off, cross the pedestrian bridge over the railway, and continue straight on the road in front of the bridge for 5 minutes to arrive. All the rooms, including the guest room, are beautiful, and the cleanliness is incredible. Moreover, the kindness and availability of the owner make the stay very, very pleasant. I recommend staying at this guesthouse for the fantastic quality/price ratio and for the distance from the center of Florence, where it has become impractical to stay.

A really nice property with a super hostess at the Front Desk. Room clean and spacious as well. Able to drop off our luggage a few hours before check-in. Very easy walk to the local train station, 10 minutes or so. Would definitely stay there again.
