Location was great. Room was good with a lovely high ceiling and two single chair beds for the kids. We were welcomed with drinks in our room for us all. The design of the room had the shower included in the room which made it a bit damp. And the door opened out which made the floor very wet. Breakfast was in a beautiful setting and delicious. The hotel overall is stunning. But there was a slight odour of damp/drain on the first floor. Wouldn’t put me off staying again though.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It's in an excellent location, just a short walk from the centre of Florence, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and throughout our stay the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. A special mention goes to Anna in the breakfast area, who looked after my friends and me so well. She even remembered our coffee orders each morning without us having to ask, which was a lovely personal touch. I'd also like to thank Anna from housekeeping for keeping our rooms immaculate while always respecting our privacy and never disturbing us. Finally, a big thank you to the reception team—Ann, Hirela, Alazre, Judith, and Francesco—for your kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help with anything we needed. You all made our stay even more enjoyable. I would happily recommend this hotel and would certainly stay here again when visiting Florence. Grazie
