Promenade

I am staying the promenade hotel, it was gud stay and everyone was nice even house keeping person yovan he is really nice and he helped the towels, amenities, milk coffee pack everything so many time everyone giving full responses to all guedt its really gud

First of all, the host Rianna, was exceptional ! Communicative, helpful and she was always there when you needed anything. Was a big relief after we met her, she made our stay in Firenze way easier. The rooms are big and sparkling clean, bathroms very clean and the beds are exactly what you need to sleep like a baby.The view was amazing, Arno.river..Ufizi gallery..The location is two feets away from Ponte Vechio which is very close to the historical part and also very close to the street w/ best high class shopping stores. I definitely recommend to book this place because its a combination of cozy and very comfortable rooms, good location for any direction you want to go and Rianna which im very greateful for being such an amzing host.

Excellent position (50 meters far the famous Ponte Veccio) and few minutes walking distance to the main touristic places în Florence. The rooms are very clean, bright, with a cozy and elegant atmosphere. Our host, Ryana, made our stay to be beautiful, unforgettable. A place to came back anytime.
