Everything you need here... Microwave, fridge, simple but comfy bed. Good pod coffee maker. Looks a bit like a dorm room... Very simple but efficient furnishings. Stayed 3 nights and saw owners at check in. Then just in passing twice more. Maybe not for someone who needs guidance available. It's a typical by-the-Station neighborhood... Nothing fancy but all you need in the area.

Super positive experience, excellent location to walk to the center and all tourist attractions, the owner Mr. Piero and his wife of a fantastic availability and welcome and these days it is absolutely not obvious. We were pampered and followed for every advice. Highly recommended

This place is in the perfect location. 2 blocks from the train station and 1/2 block to the inter-city bus station. City bus and laundromat right next door. Tons of restaurants close by and the River is 3 blocks away. The best place to people watch is the Piazza Santa Maria Novella - just 3 blocks from the front door. The people who run it - Pierro and Marsala are the perfect hosts. Very friendly and good with the suggestions for anything we asked. On our last night there the gave a nice bottle of wine to celebrate. The place came with the usual amenities - bed, dresser, clothes closet, couch, TV, bathroom, small table and chairs, microwave and small fridge. The only thing we missed was a coffee maker but a coffee shop was just steps away. The price for this place was fair.
