I rented a flat for 3 months from this firm recently and it was a nightmare. The owner (Maria Cristina Luzi Aria) claimed the English website I used had the wrong information, and refused to honour the terms I had agreed when I made the deposit. The extra fees were not mentioned in the confirmation e-mails either, so I was not aware until I moved in and my deposit was already gone. The website she advertised on (Only-Apartments.com) clearly said that cleaning & linens/towels were included (I have screenshots), but the owner still insisted I pay extra for them. Then I had to pay more for utilities, a 'late check-in fee', tourist taxes, and then a fee for paying the balance with my credit card; none of this was mentioned the confirmation e-mail and all of it totalled nearly 10% over the rental cost (over 400 euros extra). I also did not receive a receipt for the 'tourist taxes' so I don't know where this money went. The owner also refused to meet with me to discuss this, and some appliances that were supposed to be in the flat were not provided until I complained. It was an attic flat and dust from the ceiling kept falling in the dining room, and the shower stall came completely off the wall the last week I was there. Overall these problems made my stay in Florence very stressful - and costlier than I had agreed. Don't rent from these people unless you know a good Italian lawyer - or police officer.

I stayed here for 9 months and the building is right at the river and has a beautiful view. Amenities are as promised and Cristina and Maritess do ALL they can to help. Best place to stay for polimoda students as right next to the Curtatone campus

I have stayed in the apartment for 1 week - the property is beautiful, comfortable and located in beautiful spot along the Arno river. A short walking distance from everything. I spent long working hours in the apartment and it was one of the most relaxing experiences I ever had. Very strongly recommend.
