The hotel host is so nice and accommodating. We were arriving late with a car and he let us parked in the front of the hotel since we planned to leave very early in the morning. Also, we left something behind and he was so kind to courier to us. The hotel location is prefect, short walk to the historic area. The breakfast was delicious with wide variety of fruit and pastries. Will stay again if we visit Florence again.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and had wonderful and calm weekend in Florence with my friend. The breakfast was delicious with many options, fresh made, staff was friendly and helpful. Recommended for relaxing giveaways.

Stayed here with four other friends for three nights. Located in a gated compound containing the Swedish consulate on the 2nd floor this really is boutique. As previous reviews have stated this is a lovely, local and quiet area of Florence. The staff, Luca in particular were supremely helpful and went out of their way to help. Luca suggested a lovely restaurant for steak and his colleague secured us a table the next evening. The rooms were great (I had a four poster bed) and even though the shower is not the biggest they were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast taken in a hotel opposite was filling and plentiful and the heating was very effective for the cold nights. We utilised the honesty bar for some water and a beer and to our surprise this was given to us as a complimentary. Thoroughly recommend this establishment.
