We were guests of Francesco in the pulsating vein of Florence, the Lungarno. Right from the start, I was attracted by the location as well as the rooms and the sense of hospitality that the photos of the property already conveyed to me. Arriving at Firenze SMN, you can reach the property in a 10-minute walk, where you enter through a door facing the river and go up to the property. The check-in was very friendly with Adriana, who reserved for us the room I requested, namely the one facing the Arno. The rooms are in Florentine style and the view with that little balcony makes the experience magical and romantic. They are also equipped with a coffee machine. The bathroom is warm with those radiators that are easily adjustable by guests, which allow you to warm up clothes and bathrobes. The peculiarity of the place is the hospitality; there is a bar in this large lounge behind the reception where you can help yourself from the pantry and the refrigerator, and this is an opportunity to socialize with other guests. Very positive experience, imprinted in my heart. A year has passed and I have been to Florence often, but that time had an extra touch. Thank you thank you thank you to everyone. Greetings to the beautiful big puppy❤️

Fabulous place to stay! The whole place is full of quirky art which we loved. The location is great, right on the river, 10 minutes from everywhere. There’s also provision of drinks which was a really nice touch to sit and have a drink on the balcony. Francesco (and his sister) are amazing hosts who could not do enough for us. I hope to go back in the near future!

We loved our stay!! Everything was perfect The welcome, the views from our balcony, the beautifully designed room, the relaxing communal room and the wonderful hospitality. If and when I return to Florence I will definitely stay here again. Thank you
