Rivoli-Florence

The Rivoli is our favorite hotel. My husband and I have been coming for years and we are always greeted and treated like family. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and spotless. The breakfast in the morning is wonderful. I love having breakfast outside in the garden. The bar is so beautiful and the bartenders are so warm and friendly. I love having a cocktail before dinner in the beautiful bar area. The Rivoli is within walking distance to everything. The staff is always so helpful and so warm, happy and friendly. We would not stay anywhere else

We were there for four nights. The experience can be summed up by one experience - instant coffee at breakfast! The buffet breakfast was the worse of any we had in travels in Italy. Service was cold at the front desk. Pillows were terrible and bed uncomfortable. Definitely over priced.

every single topic comes up five stars. we landed here by luck as 4 very tired travelers and found the perfect spot for grandma, mom and 2 kids under 9. heavenly food, a small pool for the afternoon break, cocktail hour and a quiet courtyard for dinner. location - perfect. I just can say enough great about every single moment of our trip here. If you are in Florence and want a great hotel in a great location, this is it.
