San Lorenzo B&B

The bed collapsed while we slept.we discovered that he had broken legs and was supported by a bucket of paint (!!!).the owner moved us to a room without heating and with the toilet seat broken.indecent.

The location is excellent, in Piazza San Lorenzo, right next to the church, very central and close to the market, station and cathedral. The structure is not a real inn, but a rented apartment divided into rooms. There is no reception, everything is handled via WhatsApp. Upon entry, the room did not smell good. The electrical system is made with industrial warehouse material, and is poorly maintained, it seems unfinished, with flying cables everywhere. The bathroom and the room were clean, but the dark pillowcases were NOT WANΝΝΟ ΒΕΝΕ. The bathroom is located in a narrow room, with a low, narrow door that is difficult to pass through, with a folding partition split in half and from which two pointed screws protrude. Water heater with exposed taped cables. The entrance room is a half-dismantled kitchen where a full bag of dirty laundry was waiting for us upon our arrival. The serious thing is that very little would be enough to solve all these problems. But evidently the only thought is to not spend, giving the management of the structure to who knows who.

very disapointed, O expected something usable, we didn't had a shower because of the clearliness... Btw, the location is amazing, but in fact, the windows are so fine so we heard everyting from the street. I am not blaming the hotel for the truck in the street making noise until 3am but it was part of the disaster.
