Santa Maria Novella

From the moment we arrived, Hotel Santa Maria Novella exceeded our expectations. The hotel perfectly blends historic Florentine charm with modern comfort, creating a stay that felt both elegant and welcoming. Our room was beautiful, but my favorite part was opening the windows each morning and looking out over Piazza Santa Maria Novella. Watching the square come to life and taking in the stunning surroundings was one of the highlights of our time in Florence. The marble bathrooms were absolutely gorgeous and added a touch of luxury to an already lovely room. Every detail of the hotel reflected its rich history while still offering all the comforts you could want. The staff was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel welcome from check-in to departure and were always happy to assist with recommendations or any questions we had. The location simply could not have been better. We walked almost everywhere—from the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio to shopping, restaurants, and museums. Being so close to the train station was also incredibly convenient without taking away from the charm and beauty of the neighborhood. If you’re looking for an authentic Florence experience with outstanding service, beautiful accommodations, and an unbeatable location, Hotel Santa Maria Novella is an excellent choice. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

What a beautiful quaint hotel! From the minute we checked in we felt so comfortable. The checkin staff were so lovely & ever so helpful with our bags, especially when it was 40 degrees upon checkin. We stayed here with myself, husband & adult daughter. The rooms were very spacious, breakfast was delicious & the location of the hotel was fantastic. Beds were also super comfy too. I would definitely recommend staying here if visiting florence.
