You should not go there. First of all, the owner was late for check-in even if we told him that we would be there at 1:00 PM (The check-in hours are 1 to 5 PM). So we had to wait outside with other travelers The room was not ready when we finally checked-in at 2:00 PM The shower doors of our floor were not closing properly But worst of all were the bed bugs we found before going to sleep. We tried to contact the owner by email to at least tell him because we know that kind of thing can happen...but he didn't even respond ! We left right away for a very good reason but we will never get our cash back..

The owner is not polite. I almost stayed at street at night because the was no one there to open the door for me. They said is a hotel, but its a lie!!!! Its not!!!! They just take your money and let you at street! They cancel your reservation right before you get there to keep the money.

It as very clean and tidy only thing missing as a TV my girls were bored. We check in late due traffic and travelling from Rome to Florence by bus. Owner was kind and polite on the phone. He send his son to give us the key bless him.we check in 7.40pm. 🤔Share bathroom toilet was not a good idea as neighbours never clean up after they had shower and they smoke in the bathroom . If you need toilet good luck.😭 Beside we had a good night sleep compfy bed clean bed sheet.👈
