I have experienced good service from the staff: quick check-in, good breakfast, a good help to park the car in a garage. A pleasant location, in the middle of the old city, close to the main attractions. The room was useful: a good bed, shower, towels, clean. A good price for a central location. A high customer care from a friendly staff. Nice terrace for a charming evening.

The location is in the real centre of everything you like in Florence - close to everything! The superior room was fantastic, but so was also the standard room because we could look at that, Very niceand clean! The reception was fantastic helpful always with a smile - so we really felt us happy and pleased. Specially thanks to Simona! Next time in Florence we will book this hotel again! It is an B&B but the standard is much higher than that!

Soggiorno Rondinelli is the best place to stay in Florence. The location is incredible, the appartment we rented for four people is amazing! The terrace is beautiful, and breakfast is served there in an incredible way! Marusca is the best host! My home in Florence!
