My experience at the Hotel Spagna was very positive thanks to the added value of the hospitality people. Rosanna in the first instance Michela and Emanuele have found the real added value to my stay with their kindness affability and professionalism. They tried to resolve any hesitation and accommodate any request. The hotel has a strategic position and would be really perfect if it were to be improved from an aesthetic point of view. All it would take is a sofa cover and a refresh with the painting of the hallway. The room is fine instead. Thanks again to Rossana Michela and Emanuele. Thank you hotel Spain.

Review for Hotel Spagna, Florence I stayed at Hotel Spagna in Florence with my family of four and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The room was very small for four people, with visible water stains on the ceiling and a generally dirty, poorly maintained environment. The bathroom was unhygienic — the sink and shower wouldn’t drain properly due to clogged hair from previous guests, which was unacceptable. There is no elevator, and reaching the room required climbing three flights of steep, narrow stairs, which was exhausting, especially with luggage. There were no basic amenities such as a kettle or iron, and when we asked if it was possible to use one, the staff laughed at us, which was both rude and unprofessional. In general, the staff were unfriendly and dismissive, making us feel unwelcome. To make matters worse, the air conditioner didn’t work, and the room felt like an oven — uncomfortable and almost unbearable. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel. While Florence is beautiful, this accommodation made our stay much less enjoyable than it could have been

Hotel with just what you need for one night: air conditioning, refrigerator and private bathroom. In the heart of Florence and with super friendly staff. Store luggage both before and after checks. It has no elevator, but for us it was not inconvenient, they lent us to store the cart in the reception.
