Stayed for 3 nights. Rooms was very small and no control over A/C. WiFi was not working all 3 days and they couldn’t fix it and I had to go down to lobby to get signal. Breakfast was exceptionally uninspiring. Probably one of the of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in in terms of comfort. Disappointed.

This is a very comfortable hotel, on par with business hotels like Four Points and Sheraton hotels I stayed in for work. We booked a small suite for the big beds, and these were very comfortable with a comfortable king size bed (with a hard mattress that we like). It was very clean with a big bathroom. Both the seating and the bed area had a large TV. Airco in the rooms and in the hotel was great. Breakfast was excellent with lots of hot and cold options, including hot items cooked to order. Location is great as well, you can walk to the city center in 20-30 minutes but it sits outside the limited traffic zone so you can reach it by car with no problem. They have a parking garage with paid parking, but be aware it's very small. We had to carefully maneuver our 3 row seating SUV to be able to get in and out, like most Italian parking garages are. Service from the front desk and staff was excellent as well. If you are looking for a more upscale hotel with larger beds, this place is excellent. We would book here again.

I often come to Florence for work, but despite the city being full of excellent facilities, I have never felt as comfortable as I do here. The courtesy, politeness, and sobriety of the staff are impeccable, exhibiting PERFECT behavior. I also want to highlight the excellent bistro and the willingness of the bar to prepare meals even at unconventional hours (I was served by a very kind bartender who was able to accommodate me). I was also surprised by the prices at the bistro, which are very reasonable considering the quality of the food. From now on, in Florence, I will have no doubts about where to book, thank you!
