Via Roma Suites

We liked the suite a lot, it has an Italian feel. It is well-furnished, perfect for up to 4-5 people. Lots of space inside, everything was at hand. The Duomo is just metres away. If you travel by car, they offer a valet service for your car, I found this very convenient. Inside the building there is a lift. The only thing I did not like was the leaking toilet.

The Via Roma Suites are located just meters from the Duomo Cathedral. Very central to everything and loads of wonderful restaurants and cafes only meters away. We were a group 9f 5 adults and the 2 bedromed apartment was perfect for us. The Wi-Fi is very good and the host was on hand if we needed anything. The apartment is spacious with everything you need for self catering if you wish but with such a variety of places on your doorstep we ate out most of the time. There is a lift which was greatly appreciated for us and our luggage when checking in and checking out. I hope to return to Florence with my daughter sometime and I will be booking this wonderful apartment.

This property is misrepresented in the website! The apartment has mold and mildew. The furnisher is old. The couches are covered with dirty sheets to cover the general state of filth! Lack of air conditioning. Owner used website for a "bate and switch" you arrive because you need a hotel and then you realized the state of the apartment! When you decide is unhealthy to stay there owner then used the cancellation policy as excuse to charge your credit card and not give you back your money! Be ware! save yourself!
