Villa Il Mosaico

Apartment Klimt. Spacious, clean and pleasantly furnished but very poor kitchen equipment, unconnected television (no use leaving it there as an ornament), magnificent terrace but very neglected. Very kind and very helpful the operator who welcomed us.

Stayed a week with 2 more friends. In the photos of Booking it looked very nice but when we arrived we found a song in our teeth. Everything was dirty (bathroom, hob, sofa...) and also full of dust. The door didn't close properly with the key and you could hear all the noise outside. There was no TV and no wifi signal. The only good thing is that it was cheap (nice thing) and that it was well connected to the center of Florence by bus.

Dirty dusty rooms which was somewhat rectified after I complained …the thing that greatly disappointed us was the fact that the air conditioner wasn’t working to cool room down on extremely hot days …despite numerous requests to fix…couldn’t open windows due to the huge amount of mosquitoes. Sleazy operator.
